Hubby and I went to Vancouver, Canada last month and we were able to check out the annual Richmond Night Market, which is the biggest night market in North America.

Momzilla Bazaar at Rockwell Tent (Oct. 17-18)
Check out the Momzilla Bazaar this weekend at the Rockwell Tent. The concept of Momzilla is to give mompreneurs an opportunity to get their products out there for a weekend. The event not only aims to help the local selling industry but also to let moms and kids have the best products they can get their hands on in Manila. Happy Shopping! :)

The BF Saturday Market
A few weeks ago, I finally got to check out the BF Saturday Market which officially opened just a couple of months ago (on Valentine's Day!). We went just before lunch so we could go around and then of course EAT! :)
It's held in the outdoors so it was a bit hot as expected. But there were lots of trees around which provided shade.
Saw this sign for NO PETS ALLOWED, which I'm sure is a bit disappointing for others who love bringing their dogs wherever they go.
It was definitely smaller than the Salcedo Saturday Market and even the Legaspi one, but there were still lots of unique finds and good food all around! Here's some of the items on sale when we went:
It's so sarap to just hang here and go on a food trip! We were so stuffed from eating so many different types of food! I'm not sure if they have the same merchants/booths every week, but it's still a great way to spend your Saturday morning. Go check it out especially if you're near the area. :)

Shopping loot from the NOEL Bazaar
I was able to drop by the NOEL Bazaar held at the Filinvest Tent just this weekend. There were more stalls compared to the first installment held last October and a lot more people doing last minute Christmas shopping.
Here were the stuff I was able to buy:
I had my eyes set on more stuff, but then hubby and I saw this stall selling cameras with huge discounts. This Nikon cam was on sale (50% off) for P5,490. The thing is, I was really looking for a digicam since I lost my Canon Ixus last month! :( It seemed like a good deal (it also came with a 4gb SD card) so I just went ahead and bought it. After that, it was time to go home hehe! ;p
Anyway, I still haven't finished wrapping all my gifts! So much to do, so little time! ;p

NOEL Bazaar at the World Trade Center (Nov 22 - Dec 1)
After a successful launch in the South which marked the start of Yuletide shopping, NOEL BAZAAR returns to its biggest home on November 22 - December 1, 2013 (11:00am - 9:00pm) at the World Trade Center.
With a huge number of varieties pooled together, the event once again promises to be THE shopping mecca this Christmas. Simultaneous side events such as: The Search for Runway Duke and Duchess, Miss Campus Role Model 2013, GMA Variety Show and Celebrity Auction, Kiddie Fashion Show, Imaje's Top Model, Enchanted Kingdom Circle of Artists, Philippine Flair Open and Little Angels Show with parents will surely be an added attraction to the event.
Known as the biggest bazaar with a heart, NOEL BAZAAR will also feature "Dingdong and Marian's Celebrity Ukay-Ukay" which will sell pre-loved items by Kapuso celebrities. Proceeds of this project will benefit the Kapuso School Development (KSD), Unang Hakbang sa Kinabukasan (UHSK) and Give a Gift: Alay sa Batang Pinoy Christmas Projects of the GMA Kapuso Foundation.
See you there and happy shopping!

NOEL Bazaar at the Filinvest Tent
Christmas bazaar season is finally here! And I got to go to my first one - the Noel Bazaar at the Filinvest Tent, located along Commerce Avenue corner Spectrum Midway in Alabang. It is currently ongoing until October 27 from 1pm to 11pm.
I believe regular entrance is P100 but we got in for free yesterday since no entrance fees on Monday to Wednesday.
The venue is fairly small compared to the World Trade Center or SMX, but there were still lots of finds and interesting things to check out. We went at around 4pm and there weren't that much people yet, which made it so much more enjoyable to look around.
This stall below was probably the most popular one in the bazaar - everything for P100! But you have to check the items carefully for damages since they're export overruns.
There's also food stalls inside the venue like Yellow Cab, Sbarro, Tapa King, as well as other food items for sale.
To complement the shopping event, the Mercato Centrale group is holding an outdoor food fair for those who want a break from their usual fares. We really enjoyed this part since the weather was nice and cool during the time we went. Although I wish there were more food stalls to choose from (I think there were just about 7 vendors, but maybe it will increase during the weekend).
We ate merienda right before we entered the bazaar...
And then had a quick dinner before heading home...
Here's what I ended up buying:
I didn't buy so much since there are still so many bazaars in the coming weeks. And besides, I'm still hoping to squeeze in another Divisoria trip before Christmas comes (fingers crossed!).
So hurry to the Noel Bazaar if you want to catch the last day of the free entrance (although it will run until October 27). If you don't get to go this weekend, you can catch the bazaar at the World Trade Center on November 22 - December 1 and then back at the Filinvest Tent on December 19 - 22. Check out Noel Bazaar's FB page for more details.
