Toronto Trip: The Distillery District

Just remembered I still have a bunch of travel posts from late last year when we visited Toronto. Here's my travel diary when we went to The Distillery District neighborhood, which is a national historic site and home to quaint cobblestone streets.

The Distillery District is a commercial and residential district in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Located east of downtown, it contains numerous cafés, restaurants, and shops housed within heritage buildings of the former Gooderham and Worts Distillery. The 13 acres (5.3 ha) district comprises more than forty heritage buildings and ten streets, and is the largest collection of Victorian-era industrial architecture in North America.

I just loved walking around this place! Especially if you like taking pictures, every corner is so "Instagram-Worthy" with the brick walls and buildings, cobblestone streets, unique shops and restaurants.

We had lunch at Mill St. Brewery since hubby obviously wanted to drink lol! We made sure to sit outside to enjoy the cool weather.

So funny, of course we would find this phrase "WALANG FOREVER" written in the Love Locks installation. Mga Pinoy talaga haha! ;p

I personally loved this neighborhood! I was thinking ang nice mag pre-nup pictorial here right? Definitely a must visit when in Toronto.
