Pastry Armoire

I was invited last week to the launch of Pastry Armoire, held at the lovely Pick & Polish Salon, where us guests where treated to a very fun and relaxing SPArty.

Created by the people behind the successful brand Pink Wasabi, Pastry Armoire (@pastryarmoire) is designed to house all your pastry needs and desires. Chef Anna Chua (@chefannachua) and her partner Raymond want people to spend more time creating beautiful memories and less time slaving away in the kitchen. It is their goal to make your kitchen preparations easier and even more delicious. And for those of us in the south, we're in luck because Pastry Armoire officially opened last August 7 at Ivory Building, El Grande Ave. BF Homes, Paranaque.

our yummy spread

Pastry Armoire's chefs bring us gourmet breads, cakes and dips which we eagerly tried while being pampered on that Sunday afternoon. Ahhh, truly the sweet life! :)

nothing better than eating while getting your nails done!

Here are some of their must try items:

Sticky Buns (Apple Cinnamon, Reggiano, Tipsy Bacon, Nutella, Dark Chocolate)
Triple Chocolate Cookies
Meringue Tarts
Scones with Kaffir Lime Curd, Cream, and Jam
Salted Caramel Chocolate Sponge Cake, Chocolate Avocado Cream Sponge Cake, and Brownie Bites with Leche Flan and Dulce De Leche
Chocolate Mousse with Shortbread Crumble

You can also find Deep Dips Gourmet  (@deepdipsgourmet) in Pastry Armoire. This started as a home-business by Chef Arnold Bernardo (@chef_arnold_bernardo) and he had a vision of bringing quality gourmet food using local Philippine ingredients to a wider consumer base and longer shelf life delivered via bottles.

You can use these dips as pasta sauce, pizza toppings, or sandwich/pandesal spread. Yummy!

Up In The Clouds Ice Cream (@upinthecloudsicecream) by Jonathan and Jessica is a small-batch artisanal ice cream brand that specializes in making awesome ice cream by putting unique twists to familiar flavours. Checkout their bestsellers - Butterbeer and Campfire Smores!

You can also find Slurp Cold Brew Coffee (@slurpcoffeeinc) and COO Handcrafted Sodas here as well.

It really was a great afternoon of delicious food and bonding time with the girls. Thank you so much Michelle of Momma 'N Manila for the invite! I'll be posting about our mani-pedi experience at Pick & Polish next so stay tuned! :)

If you want to visit their store, you can visit them at Unit 7, 2nd Floor Ivory Building, El Grande Ave. BF Homes, Paranaque (just on top of Pick & Polish). Or check out their contact details below for any orders or inquiries.
