Beach memories at Stilts Calatagan
It's almost the end of summer but the heat is still insane! Makes me want to go back to beach again one last time before school starts for the kids. Anyway, reminiscing about our outing last February in Stilts Calatagan Beach Resort. We made so many great memories during our stay there. You can read more about the resort HERE, but in the meantime, hope you enjoy these family photos. :)

Kids Room Inspiration: Bunk Beds
My 6 year old daughter and 5 year old son have been bugging me for a bunk bed for quite some time now. And more so since our vacation at Legoland Malaysia because the hotel rooms there have bunk beds for the kids. They're currently sharing a room with a pull-out bed, but I'm sure that's not as fun for them right? ;p So I've been looking around online, trying to get some ideas. And boy, even I got excited with the idea of having a bunk bed! These designs are amazing!

Tokyo Travel Diaries: Shinjuku Gyoen
Since we traveled to Japan in late November last year, I definitely made it a point to visit parks around Tokyo to see the autumn foliage. Shinjuku Gyoen is one of Tokyo's largest and most popular parks and is located just a short walk from Shinjuku Station.

Tokyo Travel Diaries: Asakusa & Sensoji Temple
Sharing with you our travel diary from our visit to Asakusa in Japan last fall. What I was excited to see was Sensoji, Tokyo's most famous and popular temple, and also Nakamise, a shopping street where you can buy souvenirs and snacks.

Birthday staycation at Crimson Hotel
My son Sabre turned 5 a few weeks ago, and all he wanted for his birthday was a staycation at Crimson Hotel. I actually wanted to try another hotel since we've already stayed in Crimson twice in the past (you can read about it HERE and HERE). But my in-laws went ahead and booked a stay for all of us as their gift to Sabre! Yey! :)

DIY: Popsicle Stick Characters
Now that it's the summer break, I sometimes feel like I'm busier than when the kids were in school. Between driving and accompanying them to their different activities/workshops/playdates, I also have to think of ways to keep them entertained at home.
