Champetre Boutique & Restaurant

My high school barkada and I got together the day after my birthday last month to celebrate and see our friend Pier who was visiting from Singapore. We are actually 7 in the group and we've fondly called ourselves PMF since grade school (don't ask what it means haha!). The last time we were all together was a couple of years ago pa since the others have moved abroad to work. So having 4 of us in one place is actually pretty great already! :)

We had lunch in Champetre, an authentic French restaurant in the Fort. The last time I've eaten here was I think 2 years ago, but everything still looked and felt the same. You can check out their menu HERE.

complementary bread
Traditional Escargot Bourguignonne with Garlic Bread
P480
French Farmed Rabbit Stew "A la Pauline"
Simmered with bacon, tomato, mushrooms & herbs served with pasta
P920
Linguini Carbonara with Roasted Smoked Bacon & Parmesan Shavings
P460
Braised Lamb Shank & Parmesan Linguini
P480
Rum Soaked Butter Cake with Cream & Fresh Strawberries
P260

And I was even surprised with a birthday song and cake! Thanks girls! :)

Of course, Pier had one too haha! Although "welcome home" for the weekend lang lol! ;p

Even though we don't get to see each other as often, it's like things never changed when we do. So happy to have these girls in my life. Cheers! :)

  1. Nice resto and yummy food! Parang pinakasulit yung Lamb Shank with Parmesan Linguini, malaki ang servings. :)
