Our updated picture frame wall gallery

I first put up these photo frames back in 2012 when we only had two kids. I've been meaning to change and add photos ever since we had Skyler and finally I've gotten around to doing it.

Here was one side of the wall before:

And here it is after! I added 3 more frames on the left side and also painted the brown frame on the upper right white.

Here is the other side of the wall before:

And here it is after! Again, I painted the brown frame on the upper left white. I also did more rearranging here by changing the position of some of the old frames.

I'm so relieved it's done since it took me FOREVER to decide which pics to print. I mean, that's the problem with having a lot of photoshoots and having so much to choose from lol ;p Plus, it also took me a long time to figure out the new layout of the frames, since I'm so OC and wanted it to look just right. I'm just happy seeing all the photos up since it brings back so many memories especially when my kids were just babies! Anyway, I'm keeping this layout for a few years and update it again when the kids are older. :)

    1. Hi! I used mounting tape (the thick double sided one that's color green). Surprisingly the frames stay put :)

  2. Hi... I've been reading your blog and following you on Instagram for quite a while now. It's really a breath of fresh air. You've just re-painted and changed the photos in your frames. My question is, how did you remove the frames from the wall without ruining the paint? I also have framed photos mounted on my wall. And I'm feeling hesitant to remove them. I used double sided adhesive tape. I really want to change the pictures because my sons are already big. How did you do yours? Thanks. ^^

    1. Thank you dear reader :) removing the tape is quite a hasel but possible. I use a butter knife and gently put it in between the wall and the tape then lift. It takes some effort and the trick is to do it slowly so you don't damage the wall. There will be some adhesive left on the wall and I just peel it or use baby oil to remove it. Hope this helps!
