We already knew we would be stuck in horrendous traffic going there on a weekend, but I was willing to let that pass for the sake of friendship lol! The Stockpile is actually owned by really good friends (same people behind The Sunshine Kitchen in the Fort) so I knew we were in for amazing time for sure.
The Stockpile just opened in late September at The Sapphire Bloc, which is near Marco Polo Ortigas. They are an all day diner plus bar that serves Western-inspired food (with a twist!). The offer all day breakfast, salads, sandwiches, pastas, artisanal pizzas, and more!

Everything was so good but my favorites would have to be the Crispy Pig's Ears, the Longganisa Paella, and the Porchetta. And their wine popsicle is such a fun and yummy cocktail! If you're in the Ortigas area, or maybe just looking for a place to relax and have some great food and drinks with friends, you definitely have to pay The Stockpile a visit.
