They were still on a soft opening during our visit which meant 10% discount on our total bill, yey!
I really liked the interiors - clean, cozy and homey. I especially loved the hand-painted murals on the walls.

These were some of the specials by Liz Echiverri, a U.S. accredited chemist and master herbalist. Expect more healthy options coming from her soon.
You can check out their full menu and prices HERE, but here's what we ended up ordering:
For starters, we got potato balls and quesadilla. Don't be fooled by the quantity of these potato balls - they were huge! ;p
Potato Balls Breaded mashed potato balls with salsa and alioli dip |
Hoisin Quesadilla Folded flour tortilla with chicken ham, onions, capsicum |
Here's what we got for our main dishes. They had big servings which was great for the price. The flavors were good and we were really so full after!
Fish and Chips Deep fried cream dory in beer batter with seasoned fries |
Dijon Half Roast Chicken Mustard marinated half of chicken with gravy fries |
BBQ Beef Ribs Grilled and glazed beef ribs with spicy gravy on the side and seasoned fries |
They were also giving out free samples of their Herbal Coffee during our visit, which hubby really liked (sorry, I'm not a coffee drinker ;p).
Their pastries and smoothies were by Green Confections and I decided to have a Banana Walnut cupcake for dessert. It was yummy although the size was very small. I think I finished it in 2 bites haha! ;p
Banana Walnut with Nutella Frosting |
I think The Urban Farm is definitely a welcome addition to the many restaurants in the BF area. We really enjoyed our lunch here and we will definitely be back to try their other offerings. :)
