Burger Geek, Molito Alabang

Stumbled upon this restaurant when hubby and I were looking for a place to eat lunch in Molito. If you've been to that area, you probably know that looking for parking during peak hours can be such a hassle! We originally wanted to eat somewhere else, but then the only parking we could find was in front of Burger Geek so we went here instead.

Product Review: Ariel Power Gel Concentrated Gel Detergent

To be honest, I don’t do the laundry myself at home since I am very fortunate to have household help. I do however buy the groceries and I’m sure most of us are used to buying laundry powder for our clothes. So when I received the new Ariel Power Gel Concentrated Gel Detergent, I was very eager to let my yaya try it out and see the results.

Thermos Food Jars & Water Bottles

My daughter is now in Grade 1 and her longer class schedule means she now has recess and lunch break in school. Therefore, I wanted to find a good food container that can keep her baon hot and a water bottle that can keep her water cold for hours.

Starting big school... and learning to let go

It's the first week of school for many students, but for most parents like me, it's also the start of BIG SCHOOL or Grade 1. I just want to share my thoughts and feelings while they're still fresh since I'm sure in a few weeks or even months, I'll be laughing at how dramatic I was!

This was her first day of PRESCHOOL, 3 years ago.

LEGOLAND MALAYSIA RESORT (part 1): Getting there from Singapore

For our summer vacation last March, I figured it would be a great time to visit Legoland in Malaysia since the kids were old enough to appreciate it. I showed them photos of the hotel and the theme park and they were so giddy with excitement!

Children's Festival 2016 at Gardens by the Bay Singapore

Singapore is definitely one of my favorite family destinations. The city is safe and clean, transportation system is efficient, and there are just so many attractions and activities for kids! One such event we were fortunate enough to go to during our vacation last March was the Children's Fest in Gardens by the Bay.

“Taiwan Excellence” strengthens Taiwanese brands’ awareness in the Philippines

Taiwan continuously reinforces its importance as the Philippines’ trading partner. According to 2015 Philippine Statistics Authority data, Taiwan is the 4th top import country (with 5.2 billion USD imports) and the 9th top export country (with 2.2 billion USD exports) in the world. With this, Taiwan Excellence campaign, which is organized by Bureau of Foreign Trade (BOFT) of Taiwan government and implemented by Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), is again rolling out for the third year in the Philippines to further strengthen trading ties between the two countries.

FUTURE WORLD exhibit at ArtScience Museum Singapore

During our family vacation to Singapore last March, I admit that I really didn't plan any specific itinerary. The kids have already been here before and have visited Universal Studios and Sentosa. The main purpose of our trip was really to go to Legoland in Malaysia (more on that soon!).

But when we had lunch out with friends in Marina Bay Sands, they suggested we take a look at the ArtScience Museum since there was a new exhibit on display. Hubby and I have never been inside and figured why not.

Summer classes at LUNA Art Workshop

I'm sure most parents will agree that summer is usually more busy and hectic than when the kids are in school. We end up taking them to different camps or workshops, plus they're always begging to be entertained when they're at home! Aside from swimming, I made sure to enroll my 6 year old daughter in art classes since I can see that she's very creative. We're from the south so I found a couple in the Alabang area, but they were quite expensive. Good thing a fellow mom recommended this place, LUNA Art Workshop, which is located in Phase 1 of BF Homes.
