Crosswinds Resort Suites Tagaytay

After our stay at Pico De Loro last December, we went straight to Tagaytay for the continuation of our trip. We had lunch first at Highlands, then proceeded to check-in at Crosswinds Resort Suites, which is a Swiss-inspired property located inside the leisure community of Crosswinds Tagaytay.

The first thing you see when you enter the property is the cutest Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf!

Sitting atop one of the highest points in Tagaytay and away from the busy main road, Crosswinds definitely offers a quiet alpine escape to its guests. The thousands of pine trees and the view of rolling hills with sweeping vistas was so nice! Plus the weather that time was chilly so it definitely reminded me of Baguio.

We had a 1-bedroom suite for this stay which had a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. It was very spacious and nicely decorated. With no corkage fee, you can bring in as much food as you want and cook, or have food delivered right to your suite’s doorstep. We had Shakey's delivered but since it was the Christmas season, they came 1.5 hours late! At least we had free dinner lol!

TV was quite small though
love all the details
bathroom was tiny considering the size of the room!

The room had 2 single beds which we just pushed together. We also brought an air bed which we used in the living room.

The room had a balcony, but since we were on the lower floor the view was just the street.

This was the room of my in-laws. It was smaller than ours but the balcony view was better. Plus their bed had that netting thing which the kids loved haha!

The Crosswinds Banquet Hall is located just across the street from Crosswinds Resort Suites. This is currently where breakfast is served to guests every morning. It also serves as the Guest Lounge.

They have an outdoor swimming pool but since the weather was so cold, we didn't even attempt to check it out haha. It was also quite far and you need to take a car to get to the pool which was quite a hassle to be honest.

Anyway, after checking out the next day, we went to check out their Christmas Village which had Santa's House and a Christmas Store.

On the way out, there was also a nice area to take pics, which we took advantage of.

Anyway, we had a nice and relaxing time here. We really didn't do much but just stay in the room and enjoy the lovely weather. Hope to be back during the summer so we can enjoy the pool. ;p
