Tio Pedro: Authentic Mexican Cafe, Resto, Bar

Hubby and I were craving for Mexican food one night and finally decided to try this place we had passed by countless times. It was Tio Pedro, which is located in a small space right beside where Chic-Boy used to be in President's Ave. Paranaque.

Thank goodness for this huge banner, because you could literally miss this place without it.

The place is like a hole in the wall joint, which can accommodate about 12 people inside (15 max). Personally, I loved how cozy and intimate it was. The colors were so vibrant and really reminded me of a Mexican fiesta. :)

Good thing they made use of the outside area by adding more tables and chairs (whose colors I love!). Nice place to drink and make tambay at night. ;p

Anyway, don't you just love menus written on chalkboards? :) And I especially love how affordable everything was!

This is what we ended up getting, all of which were so good! And the servings were really very generous, considering the price! Did I mention the burritos are 12" long? Definitely value for money. :)

Nacho Supremo (P90)
Hard Shell Beef Taco (P150)
12" Chicken Burrito (P120)

Needless to say, we really love this place! From the ambiance, to the taste, to the price! Will definitely be back to try more for sure. :)
