Bataan Trip: Walking Heritage Tour

Here are some pics from the walking tour we took at Las Casas Filipinas. It was a good thing the weather was cool since I think it would have been torture to walk around under the scorching sun. But they offer golf carts (since Lolo was with us) and also kalesa tours to smaller groups. Tour was free and part of the package. It was interesting learning about the history behind the different houses and buildings and going inside some of them. I swear, if I knew about this place then, I would have considered this as a wedding venue (check out their wedding and event packages here). Well, baka pwede na lang sa 1st birthday ni Sabe... haha as if!;p

Here we are starting the tour. Sarap ni Lolo naka golf cart!

The tour guides were also in Filipiniana attire.

WOW! Its like you're in another country! Parang castle lang sa Europe noh?
Massive floor area! I was already imagining how a wedding reception could look like here... Hmm, pwede naman i-celebrate ang renewal of vows dba? hehe!
GORGEOUS!!!
gayahin ba ang painting? ;p
They hold mass in this small chapel in one of the buildings. I asked if weddings can be celebrated here, but no pa daw...

That's because they are building a CATHEDRAL which is a replica of some old church (I forget which).
